Hello all! At first I got hired on as the Problem Manager at my currently place of employment, which initially led to that being my job title. Since then I also launched (and currently run) Change Management - as well as some business cases, however my title is still "Problem Manager". I asked my boss if I could have a title change, he said "sure, send me some job postings that fit the role you're currently doing".

So my question to you all is; what are some good job titles (along with job descriptions) for someone who does both Problem & Change Management?

Change & Problem Manager

Look to ITIL Books for the general job descriptions

However, if you can not describe what you are in doing - as per a Job Description - why are you doing that role ?

However, these two roles do have different purposes

And what about Release and Configuration Manager
