I would like to raise a topic regarding best practice of incident management. Iím interested on your opinion how you work, what improvements you implement during your work which help you to speed up in your work, what tips you can give to new persons. Of course every project has its own process, however there are similar steps that we all need to stick. But after that discussion there might be ideas for new improvements which helps us all at the endÖ

ITIL is where Incident Management best practice is found.
Most if not all companies follow the basic principles of ITIL - either forced on them by their IT SM tool or forced on their chosen tool _________________ John Hardesty

That is what i want to discuss, what tool is used the most, any hints that managers have that can help in their daily tasks, what reports help them to reach their kpi's and so on ... most companies used itil but non of them are using that in 100%, there is always some deviation from the rule.
