I've been involved with Service Delivery for almost 10 years, so I've been doing self-study. And the exam is being taken electronicly via Prometric.

In the past when I've taken exams from them before I always find out the results the same day, getting the certificate is a far different story - oy, but when I pass (and I am determined that I will) will I get a copy of the score that day?

I think you do its a bit like taking the theory driving test the marks are processed straight away - I dont know whether that depends on the organisation / provider though

When i did the foundations through prometric i received the results right there on the spot and think it took about 4 weeks to get the certificate. For the practioner though it takes about week to 2 weeks to get the test results back from exin.
