My previous employer has granted me $2,000.00 (US) for continuing education and I would like to invest in ITIL certification. I have found online training for approx $500. But I can't find anyone offering the practioners and managers certification online? I need to spend the money sooner than later and would consider buying the books to support the study for the other certifications later? Does anyone have a link to the practioners and managers certifications? Thanks.

Manager certification is not offered online. it must be classroom trained to ensure the quality of people becoming certified at this level. the classes are fiarly expensive, and you need to add in any travel costs since most classes are only offered on the coasts.

Thierry: We discourage direct link dropping in the forums. However, if you search on Google for 'itil training' you will find plenty of options.
