All,

I'm researching what options are available for incident communications, focusing on management of distribution lists to allow opt in/out and maybe comms outside of outlook/email. We are currently managing distributions via Outlook DL's which are time consuming to admin and likely to miss contacts during high pressure comms. Any suggestions for tools in use or researched previously please?

Thanks for your help
