I am implementing Remedy on a services desk for a company that sells bottled water. All deliver drivres currently have blackberries and I wanted to put a client on the system rather than using the web, so I avoid running the black berry web cost through the roof.
I work with Remedy and I had delivery biz years agao
But I am not sure what you are asking ...
Most delivery trucks dont have / need real time inventory so a PDA would work fine, You can use the email capability in remedy to pipe out the "real time " rush orders ..
