Hi there, I am looking for some figures about IT awareness in UK. Things like: - how many companies actually do have a business continuity plan? - how many companies actually test their disaster recovery strategy? - how many companies have an IT strategy well defined and implemented? - how many companies really know what IT infrastructure thet have? etc... Well basically, anything that will show the importance of getting a good ITIL based structure and straegy in place! Thanks
