Hi everyone,
Does anyone know where I can go to get some basic templates for a Forward Schedule of Changes, and Projected Service Availability, and any other Change-related templates/documents?
The books don't provide anything like this and I need to create some promptly!

Hi KC
I have used both Outlook and Windows SharePoint Services as a solution for the Forward Schedule of Change .
With Outlook, you can save the calendar as a web page and the changes as appointments.
This gives a nice calendar type view which is very powerful.
If you save document links within the notes section of the appointment, then these are available when the calendar is saved as a web page - a bit clunky, but it works!
With Sharepoint Services you can do rather more - It can display as a Calendar view, but we have had some problems with that, so just use it as a list, sorted with the latest date first.
As you can configure the list as you want, the sky is the limit in what you show, if a field is mandatory or not, etc etc.
Most of the functions within Outlook are also available.
I don't have a template/solution for Projected System Availability yet other than my FSC.
