Hi all, Very Happy Question

I am in the process of carrying out an audit on an existing immature ITIL setup and want to quantify the maturity of their existing processes/infrastructure.

I seem to remember seeing an Excel spreadsheet which assisted in compiling measures on maturity, but I don’t seem to be able to find it again.

Grateful if anyone could advise me of where I can find something similar or if they have one. As I am not carrying this out in an official capacity for the company, I don’t have any budget to allow me any tools/consultancy etc. Plus, I would very much like the experience.

Any help/guidance gratefully received
