Hi ,
A quickie, how can an individual get certified on BS15000, I am aiming at becoming an ITIL consultant.
I am looking at the following aspects,,,
1) the prerequisites
2) the Exam body
3) cost of Certification
4) any other usefyl info
2) The ISO 20000 certification scheme is for organizations, rather than individuals. Individuals become qualifies to audit against ISO 20000, but are not certified against it themselves.
ITILamin is correct to say 2Individuals become qualifies to audit against ISO 20000, but are not certified against it themselves.", but there is another qualification apart from the Auditor qualification. You can do a 3 day course and exam (part multiple choice, part written) to become a certidied ISO/IEC20000 Consultant, able to advise organisations prior to an audit, on what is required. Googe "iso/iec 20000 consultant". _________________ Liz Gallacher,
