Our company in Austin, Texas provides in-depth ITIL training from the original IBM contributors to the work- the training has real life examples and is built for not only passing exams but to get people really started in getting this framework implemented. We also have 'roving adjunct faculty' (MBA's +)and we offer professional services to get you started or to 'get you there' AND finally we offer an adpative services product that is ITSM in depth- much more rich in business IT/Alignment than Openview- Our next classes begin in January 05- January 17th to be exact. We may move up the schedule.
