Hi,
Came to know about ITIL certification recently when i was reading a magzine.
I work as QA Lead for an IT Organization. And i do not have any experience in IT services management.
Can i take up this certification and jump to IT service management ?
What will be the prospects, as do not have any exp ?
(I leave in US)
Can anyone please help me in this.....

As Juan has stated, ITIL is the hot course
ITIL while it is oriented around IT and the services which provide or use UT, it is a process oriented package.
Coming from QA, you may be familar with the Deming Cycle, COBIT, Sarbanes Oxley etc
