Consider the following metrics:
1 Number of incidents closed on without onward referral
2 Number of incidents correctly categorised at logging
3 Number of hardware faults reported
These are questions which are provided by the ISEB as samples. they are not supposed to be re-printed without permission, as the ISEB has the copyright. They are released with the answers.
I am not sure why you are asking for help. In an exam situation, you might get these wrong, but otherwise, rather than someone say you are right or wrong, you should look up the books, your notes etc. to work out the answer. Printing answers here will not help anyone else who is set these as a mock exam during the course.
I always say to my students that they need to know WHY an answer is right, and why the other answers are wrong, if they want to know that they really understand ITIL. _________________ Liz Gallacher,
