ITIL -> MOF - has anyone besides MS implemented

Hi,

I'm just digging into Microsoft Operations Framework informations.

It is for me a very reasonable approach to process management and emphasises supplier/vendor realtionships and technical issues (system management).

Do you know about companies who implemented MOF?
Maybe you have some case studies about it?
