Hello All,

Can anyone suggest me how to get the duplicate certificate as i lost my certificate (ITIL Foundation). i did my ITIL foundation Certificate from Munich (Germany).
please do suggest to where and whom to contact for getting my duplicate certificate.

I'd suggest contacting the appropriate certification board which would have been either:
