ITIL Service Manager Certification in India

I am based in Delhi, India & would like to appear for ITIL Service Manager certification. I have cleared ITIL foundation online. Can anyone guide me about good trainers/training organizations dealing with Service manager certification...

Hi,

I am looking for similar kind of information as Deepti, but in Bangalore.

I am looking for information regarding ITIL Service Manager's exam in Bangalore. I have passed the ITIL Foundation exam.

Could anyone give me information regarding the training organisation in Bangalore?

In Bangalore HP provides the training for the Service manager exam.

Shruti,

I can also recommend HP. However, what made them very good to me was the quality of their trainer. He was very knowledgable and experienced and made my Mgr course a very worthwhile experience. So, when booking your course you should insist that HP provide you with the same trainer - his name was Charles Fraser (I believe that he actually worked for a company called Quint - who provide trainers to HP in India).
