Hi,

I would like to know how to check that somebody has been ITIL certified ? Using the firstname and lastname of somebody explaining he his ITIL certified, I don't find any info in the ITIL Volunteer Vertification Register.

So is there any way to check that somebody has been really ITIL certified ? If yes, please advise.

To my knowledge there is no official way to find out if someone is ITIL certified and to what level.

The best option you would have that I can think of is getting them to produce their certificate.

Either ask them for their certificate or their exam report from the exam standards board
