ITIL :: View topic - Service Delivery Meeting - Terms of Reference
Actually I do... but until it is actually signed off and implemented (these meetings keep being postponed) I don't want to put them up in case they lead you down the garden path as it were.

have you managed to bed down your service delivery meetings yet? I would be most intersted to see your framework as I am attempting to revive a simillar regular meeting that died on it's feet previously due to lack of benefit to/interest from the business
No, they still aren't signed off. We had another meeting on 5th October and went through some proposed modifications to the draft terms of reference and agreed that we didn't have time to complete it that session so it's on the agenda for November.
This particular team seems to want to focus on the strategic and tactical side of of service delivery and leave operational to team managers. I'm personally thinking that we need to include some operational - we'll get there!
