I have been selected to lead my company's evaluation and potential adoption of ITIL. Would like information relating to Foundations and Service Manager Training
Who are the reputable trainers?
Is there a "best place" for training?
Is excellent training available in the Washington DC area?
How does one take the exams?
What are the best sources of information in addition to this forum?

I'd recommend searching online for 'ITIL Training'.

You can take a course online (quick and easy) and then take the exam at your nearest Prometric center (20 odd thousand worldwide I believe). The exam cost around $125 last time I looked.

thanks - that takes care of the Foundations course - anyone have a recommendation for the Service Manager (Masters) course?
