Hi all! First, since there isn't a "new users introduce yourself" forum or sticky thread, I'll say here that my name is Joe, I'm a Brit living in South Africa, and I'm new to this board although not to ITIL, having been consulting in it for 8 years.
Second, since there isn't a 'board administration' forum (an ITIL board with no Service Desk? ), I will post my question here. The 'Jump to:' dropdown box that appears at the end of each page, with the 'Go' button, does not work - I am presented with a page that just says 'Sorry, this Module isn't active!' Is this something that can be fixed or enabled by admins? (I know it's a standard feature of the phpbb software).
We are not perfect Joe... we just try our best to provide a useful service.
Regarding the 'jump to', this is how it came out of the box. At some point we will upgrade the software (dependent upon donations to pay for the techie, etc). Hopefully it will be fixed at that point.

OK, thanks for the reply.
If I can find someone who adminsters a phpbb board and knows how to enable this, would that help? I have worked a bit on vBulletin but not phpbb - however I participate on some boards and know some admins.

That would be great... so long as it is a simple change without risk of upsetting any other function. We are always ultra cautious with changes for a variety of reasons.
