Hi all,

Today we got a demo of a tool call Infra, this tool seems pretty powerful in terms of service management tool, it links change management process, with Incident management and Configuration management (CMDB) too, SLA and multiple options are possible.
I know tools such as HP Openview can do such things however, some of your feedback could be interesting.
I'd like to know if you've got some experience with this application and if you would recommend a tool in particular.

When looking at purchasing an ITSM tool back in 2005, Infra was one of six companies that we considered. We discounted them at the first round as they said that they did not ship with an integrated discovery tool. We wanted an integrated solution at this point. In all other respects it looked as if they met our requirements, and looked good on the initial demo.
