Hi
I passed my foundation and want to go for practioner exam. If any body can send me the format of how to show the experience letter to exin so that i get qualify for practioner exam.

Just need a sample letter for showing my experince to exin for practiner

mmH? I thought you only needed Foundations to take a practitioner...

When I took my Practitioners there was no requirement of a letter, just the Foundations Certification.

I took both the Support & Restore and the Release & Control

For Service Managers I had a long questionnaire to fill out and send back.
