I'm interested in taking the IT Service Management Course that is offered on-line through ITIL. If there is anyone out there who has taken this course, could you give me an idea of how effective it was and how long it took you to earn your certificate.

The pass rate for the most well known online courses is extremely high. If you select a reputable one, you shouldn't have a problem.

I assume you mean the foundation course by the way.
