Can anyone say what are the eligibility criterias to enter ITIL Jobs in terms of following:

1. Age
2. Qualification
3. Experience
4. Personality traits

I am sorry. There are no real criteria for being in ITI other than working in IT

If you work in IT, you are working in an ITIL environment whether or not ITIL is followed

Personnaly I think the survey is flawed... that is why I select NOTA
