Hi,

you could add some more details what do you want to specialize in, but personally I have found that the itSMF website (.co.uk) is a good source of information, presentations are uploaded from conferences and seminars.

Hope this helps,

pep

If you want to look at architecture type of things, you might want to find link between SOA and ITIL. SOA can be one of driver to have ITIL, or vice versa, along with many other compliance and methodology TLAs.Smile A very topical area is ISO20000 for example. Depending on when do you have to submit your dissertation you can have a look at the ITIL Refresh and its success. Sorry, these might be wildly off the mark, I have never done PhD, so I'm kinda unclear about the requirements.
