All,

Hello I hope everyone is well. I have been asked to put together a change Management Plan for the IT Department I work in. Although I am familiar with the concepts of ITIL Change Management I am having a hard time figuring what should be and what shouldn't be included. If anyone has a template/example that they could share with me it would be greatly appreciated. You can send it to bhasan_75@yahoo.com

Are you looking for a template to a process or a template of information that should be included in the RFC?
