Hi there ,
I have some doubt on ITIL v3 . Currently I have done some processs and procedure on ITIL . But my customer insists on converting it to ITIL v3 .
How do I convert all the documents to V3 . I did a research on ITIL v3 , it seems that , it's not been finalised yet . If's not finalised yet , is there any article to say , it's not release yet .
As you say, version 3 is not yet available. Currently (as of a few weeks ago) they are saying the launch is scheduled for April 2007 - but even then it's only the core 5 books. So I think it would take some time to convert across.
If you want further information the best source is the itSMF website (I also tend to post updates on my blog).
Thanks, if it's not conversion process . I have prepared some documents , i think on version 2.0 . Is that means , I do not convert the documents , or just make sure it's compatible with V3
