Hello everyone. My name is Matt Villano and I'm a reporter with CIO Decisions magazine, and I'm writing an article for an upcoming issue about real-world, mid-market applications of ITIL. How are you using it? What are your decision points for adoption? What are some of the challenges to adoption? These are the kinds of questions I've got. My deadline is Feb. 1.
