Does anyone know how strict is ISO 20000 about the defined role? For example, we have somone doing the job of a problem manager but he does not have a dedicated job title/staff for that. Is that ok? Same thing with Change management.

ISO 20000 is strict about what has to be done not really who does it

All 16 disciplines have to used.
