Please, I need your help to pass EXIN Service Support Exam

Hi,

I need your quidance to pass the EXIN SS Exam. I token the SS exam three times! I could not able to pass it. I don’t know what‘s wrong. I did a lot of study and review. For last exam, I spent almost two month reading and preparing but no success.

I gather you took the SS course and SD course ?

What were your scores on SS / SD.

Did you miss it by a few points or by a large count

I had the same problem because I would write the answers in Change Management as I do at work not using the SS pieces

You can contact, as I did, the Examining Board for the score card on your exams. This helped me a lot.

Also, talk to your instructur for SS and ask him/her for help

The score card is what the graders use to determine whether you pass or fail.

They usually have notes/comments about what you did and did not do.

I requested mine from ISEB and used the comments to make sure I did not do the stupid things I did again

Ask your training company/instructor to assist you
