My company is currently evaluating a number of different Service Management software solutions. If anyone is using one of the products listed below or has used it in the past, let me know what your feelings about the product are, particularly in regards to administration.

CA Unicenter Service Desk

Axios Assyst
Frontrange ITSM (this just came out, but maybe someone is looking at implementing it)
You said for Service Management, but from your list it looks like you're only looking at the HelpDesk components of them right? Not considering Asset or Config Management as well?
