I am considering ITSM acdamy IN FL (Ft. Lauderdale) for " Accredited Five (5) Day "Cluster"
Practitioner Agree and Define - IPAD $2,850 per learner"

I have a foundation certificate. I am paying this from my own pocket so want to make sure that i get the best out of training.

Would apprecite your feedback.

course description would help

the name of the course means nothing

Most practioner course are 3 days... at least my change config and release was

5 days are usually master (US) or manager's certification

I used them for my Service Managers.

And I wish I'd used them for my IPSR & IPRC. The staff has the experience to back to knowledge, and will go out of their way to help you along the way with questions.

When I was there last fall, they had just expanded into a new area of the building. And the set up looked nice. They decided not to move my Mgrs class because we were all settled in the older section.

My two practitioner courses were 5 day clusters (with HP), and we used every minute of them.
