Hello Everybody, thought I'll add to this forum!! I am interested in attaining the foundation certicate in ITIL.

Understand that you take a three day course and at the end you take a multiple choice exam. However I would like to purchase a study book before I fork out £120 for the training course, which book would you guys recommend.

The ITIL Toolkit has all sorts of information in it, and could also prove useful to you afterwards.

If not that, there is the IT Service Management book by Jan van Bon, Georges Kemmerling & Dick Pondman.

I think these are the main references that would be to be of value to you.
