The forum topics on this site include the following (and are classed as ITIL disciplines)
The ITIL Service Desk
Problem Management
Change Management
Configuration Management
Is there any reason why the site is set up like this ? these are 4 of the 6 topics under service support. Why are incident & release management not mentioned ? also there are no references to the 5 topics under service delivery ... its just a bit confusing to ITIL newbie guys when they visit the site. Please advise ?
