Process templates - Change Management

Hello all, my first post on this forum

Would anybody have a sample implementation plan for change management that I could look at please? I have recently achieved my Change Management Practitioner certificate and am in the process of convincing the organisation I am currently in that they should use what I know to address their bad practices.. so far so good. I am building my own proposed plan but any samples that may have been used in real-time situations would be much appreciated, along with any process templates etc that you think I may find useful along the way

I know it may seem a bit cheeky on my first post but I have followed this forum for a long time and have found it to be of great use due to the wealth of knowledge and experience that people seem to have!

Hint: The BLue book would have the basic plan for putting a plan for implementing ITIL.

That should suffice

If you look in the older threads... i put a brief one in there....

beyond that... if you want a complete implementation plan written for you to use.... i will write you one .. once we have agreed price etc.

I went with the blue book and then adjusted the plan to the environment
