I am planning for ITIL Practitioner's Cert sometime soon, does anyone know what are the requirements for this apart from Foundation Cert ? Has anyone taken this certification ? Are there trainer's avlbl in Mumbai (India) for this ?
I've taken the Practitioner cert for release and control here in the states. Outside have provided your foundations certificate number when you arrive at the training course that was the only other requirement. i would highly suggest though, pending which practitioner cert you are going for, reviewing those sections of the offical blue or red book. This will probably help you the most for passing the exam. Far as trainers in your area, can't say that i''m familiar with that area of the world for training providers. Best of luck!
