Hi there,
Did anybody have a look at EasyVista's CMDB (easyvista is the new version of the itsm tool from staff&line)?
Does it really look like a CMDB, or it just another version of their former asset management software?
It is ,supposedly, certified ITIL compliant by Pink Elephant, but knowing that nobody ever authorized PE to deliver such certifcations, I would not rely on that statement.
A customer of mine is nterested in it as they are already using the former asset management and incident management versions.
