Hello everyone,
I'm ultimately planing to move into SErvice Support Management area , and currently have a foundation cert.. do I have to first get a blue badge ( lets say-practitioner in support and restore and then arrabge a MANAGER'S COURSE IN IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT: SERVICE SUPPORT ?
