Need some names of Companies or Software
We are just starting out KM DB and I am more confused now than when I started looking
I'm looking for a stand alone, software, not hosted, that we can build our KM data into. Should be able to import and export from it and would prefer a non-web based option.
Not looking for an end to end resolution we have multiple tools across the company that do other ITIL process tracking.
More than likely this will even be a temporary tool.
If anyone knows of a built MS Access DB product, or a stand alone software that would be great, just point me in the right direction of the company and I’ll take a look.
