Hi all, I've written up my notes from the ITIL v3 Launch in London today focusing on what Sharon Taylor had to say on the new ITIL v3 Qualifications Scheme. It also coincides (unsurprisingly) with a press release from the APMG on the same topic. You can read about it on my blog. Hope it is useful and reassures some of you (although I just know it will flag up questions for others!).
