Hi,
I have been leading our service desk project over the last 6 months and am down to the final two Remedy and Infra, both products are excellent however I have doubts over Infra’s ability to support a Macintosh environment.
I went through a very rigerous selection process recently in choosing a service desk product. We finally went for Infra Enterprise as it scored the best out of the products we were looking at (remedy, Openview, etc)
I am not sure what your concerns are specific to a macintosh environment. Can you expand?
We have actually decided to go with Remedy in the end, as we’re in the Telco industry we needed a tool which could grow with us and our ITIL processes.
We also want to use a live active CMDB which Remedy’s CMDB functionality won hands down. We thought Infra was good but not for the long term as we are getting bigger by the day.
I think Infra is great for smaller companies, what swung it for you?
