Hi,
In my organization, we are in a massive drive to align our IT processes as per ITIL. for this, we have decided not to buy, external tools. Instead, we already have some in house tools which we want to use for aligning our processes as per ITIL.
I would like to know if there are certain pre requisties to these tools (such as a mandatory compliance matrix) for the tool to be ITIL compliant.
ITIL It's not certification for TOOLS. It's important to manage an IT service operation.
But you will consider what you have to manage so you're going to find a necessary function.
And so, We've evaluated some tools which has so many functions.
However I didn't get it as it's not fit for us.
I believe that you shouldn't focus on a surface of tools.
