EXIN has launched a new certification for the ISO/IEC 2000-Service Quality Mgt. I am looking for any information on:
1- Understanding the importance of quality in IT Service Mgt
2 - The quality specifications for IT service mgt
3 - The code of practice for IT Service Mgt
I am trying to prepare for this certification.

As in all ITIL exams the ISO/IEC 2000-Consultant certificate test your understanding of the standard. "throw away" your experience and focus on what is written in the two "books". Read, understand and memorize.
Having passed this certification- all you have to buy are the ISO20000 Standard, The Codes of Practice(comes together) and the ISO9000 standard to prepare you.
I am assuming you have already passed the foundations examination (a solid requirement) and possession of the Service Managers Certificate helped me greatly
