Hi
I'm taking my foundation ITIL exam later this week on Thursday. (Incidentally, not that its my main question, but can anyone recommend anywhere I can access some extra exam questions/answers for free - currently only have 2 sets sent from APMG?)
My real area of interest is Service Continuity in the IT environment. I previously worked in this field running projects for 2 years but haven't had the opportunity to gain any certification.
There dont seem to be many places that run this course frequently, does anyone have details of anywhere running it during August? I am currently taking some time out to re-train and need to be back applying for jobs in September! (Also currently taking Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner exams).
Final question, if I cant locate the ITIL Service Continuity course, can anyone recommend any other BCP/DR qualifications that might be relevant?
Many thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!
if you have sustainable experience in continuity management I would suggest to get in touch with BCI (business continuity institute: they do offer several levels of certification that are very valuable on the market - conditions are required to enter the certification process) _________________ JP Gilles
