Hi
I am sitting my masters eaxm in a few mounths, does any one know if you can get hold of examples of questions and answers. I can answers ITIL questions directly but I believe you need to answers the questions in the context of the case study. Anyone had experience with this ??

These are always closely guarded, but you will go through the exam process quite heavily during the 2 week training course (which I believe is still a pre-requisite).
Unless the format has changed, about 60% of the 2xexams are related to the given scenario (which you are given before the actual exam), and 40% based on general knowledge of the ITIL Service Support/Delivery books.
