Hello,

1) I passed the Foundations exam last week. How long does it take to get the certificate by post ?

2) If I want to go get the Practitioner certificate next, could I get it by self study ?

Look forward to seeing replies to my post.

Regards.

I cannot answer question one since I took the Foundation many years ago, but as to question two: No, you cannot self study.

The practitioner certificate requires that the instructor sign off for each student indicating that the student was present for the entire course and participated in the group activities.

Hi Lobol,
Can you share your experience?

I'm preparing for ITIL Foundation V3 & any insight will be a great help.

Thanks
