Hi gang,

To write the ITIL Security Management Practitioner exam, you must take the associated training from an accredited vendor.

Is there ANYBODY in North America (preferably near Toronto) who offers this course? I've been searching for weeks.

Why not do it online?

You can take the exam itself via your local Prometric.

That's how I did it.

Two Questions:

MUST you have a training class for practitioner level? or can you just challenge the exam on your own?

Someone mentioned Prometric. Isn't that only the foundation level? how about the practitioner level?

I could not find security classes anywhere. Pink Elephant didn't list them. I have not seen any online security classess. Is there something wrong with this course or area of study? I have seen there have been some in AU, but I don't want to fly from the US to AU 26 plus hours just to take a two day course.
