We seek a seasoned IT Project Manager who will be accountable for the overall management of implementing a Service Portfolio Catalog solution. This will entail strategic planning for the Serviced Delivery Management.
You will maintain and enhance the Request Center catalog, manage the design and configuration of services in the Request Center, manage the migration of existing Intranet forms to the Request Center, etc.
BS or MBA in business or related degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years experience with Information Technology projects
5+ years experience in IT Project Management.
Experience in implementing the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). ITIL Certification a plus.
Experience with complex projects and management of distributed project resource team
Experience in simultaneous execution and management of multiple projects
Experience in implementing and/or applying a Project Management Methodology
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate, manage, and ensure the success of large-scale global infrastructure projects.
Exceptional interpersonal skills: can operate successfully within cross-functional teams at all levels of the company
Excellent influencing skills at all levels and ability to develop and maintain good relationships
Must be self-motivated and highly professional with exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
