Hi Everyone :

Greetings !

I did my ITIL foundation certification, 5 years back !

Currently, I am into the Delivery unit and responsible for US client delivery from off shore. I work as an offshore delivery manager .........

I intend to get certificaiton in the Delivery domain of ITIL. (Support domain was not that interesting !)

Can someone help me understand the next level of certification aligned to "Delivery"

Any quick response will be highly appreciated

If sticking with V2, you an take 1 or more Practitioner level courses i the delivery disciplines. If you want to go on to Managers, that bings SS and SD back together - even if you only study SD, the SD exam will have questions relating to SS, and the qualificatio is only awarded if you pass both papers. V3 is a lot different, but those courses are not available yet.
