Has someone had a chance to see Altiris Service Desk work and what is your opinion?

Yeah, I have. I didn't love it. I was doing a service delivery job at the time and it was very difficult to get reports out of.

As a HD/SD system, it was ok but not brilliant, but I would think you could get better products for your money.

Mind you, I have to say, it could be how it was set up (I don't have a lot of faith in the people who set it up). However, I was made an administrator of the system and I found it hard to find my way around - it's not intuitive, or at least it didn't seem that way to me.
